WHO IS WADE LESLIE? A former Bull Rider who is the only man in the History of the Sport to score a perfect 100 Point Ride. That alone may be worth nothing, but more importantly he is an example of the Human Spirit that not only survives tragedy--but meets it head on, then rises above it. Wade Leslie made history with his 100 Point Ride in 1991. Then ten years later, he fell asleep at the wheel of his pickup changing his life forever in a single moment. Today, he is perfecting his silverwork, offering a wide range of jewelry, spurs, bits and home decor. He continues working to improve the lives of handicapped individuals by offering independence with a design for loading and unloading wheelchairs into vehicles. His tenacity and his desire to never settle for less of himself is to be both envied and admired. He plans to walk again someday, not just hopes to walk again someday, he PLANS to walk. All proceeds from the sale of his silverwork go directly into a fund that will help to pay the high cost of treatment overseas.
